권영우 · Young-Woo Kwon
Professor, School of Computer Science and Engineering
Young-Woo Kwon is a professor in the School of Computer Science and Engineering at Kyungpook National University (KNU). Prior to joining KNU, he was an assistant professor at Utah State University from 2014 to 2017. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Virginia Tech under the supervision of Dr. Eli Tilevich in 2014. His research interests span Mobile Computing, Cloud-Based Systems, and Software Engineering, as applied to Middleware, Energy Efficiency, and Software Refactoring.
He earned his B.S. from Kyungpook National University (2003) and M.S. from Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST, 2005), and held senior software engineering positions at Daewoo Electronics and NHN (now Naver).
